Todd Stroger’s Petitions Challenge Ended by the Dorothy Brown Campaign

Statement from campaign:

Today we ended our challenge of Todd Stroger’s petitions so that our campaign can focus on the critical issues that Cook County faces, which is fiscal mismanagement and poor leadership. Focusing on petitions is not what the people of Cook County care about.

As we engage in candidates’ forums, people are much more interested in Dorothy Brown’s track record for improving County services, saving taxpayer dollars, and her proven management skills.

Therefore, we elect to end our challenge to keep our campaign moving forward. We look forward to this election being decided in the polling booth and not the courtroom and are eager to bring change to Cook County on Feb 2nd.

*Dorothy Brown has served as Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County for nine years.  She is a CPA, has an MBA, holds a law degree, and has the executive management experience and financial background to set Cook County’s financial house in order.
